The Huntsville Times was the official newspaper partner for Female & Fabulous. Information about the show was published in ENJOY!, the newspaper's new Sunday magazine for women, on Sunday, March 23.

As the official radio partner, Lite 96.9 radio personalities John Malone and Abby Kay broadcast live from the show throughout the day and hosted many of the activities from the stage.

WAFF 48, the official television partner for Female & Fabulous, featured a special Watch & Win contest the week of the show and gave away a bag of delights from Dillard's every day! WAFF 48 anchor Lee Marshall's Kids To Love Foundation benefited from many of the charity elements of the Show including ticket sales from the Friday night pre-Show Charity Event and the Loring & Co. jewelry raffle.
